The 2018 Spring Session 9-Ball City Tournament is scheduled for June 1-4 2018, at BREAK TIME BILLIARDS & HIGH HOUSE BILLIARDS. Two teams will be qualifying for the APA World Championships in Las Vegas in August of 2018!!

Team Certification Form 

A team captain's meeting will be held 30 minutes before the start of each teams first round. Team captains must turn in their "Team Certification Form" prior to the captain's meeting. Therefore, team captains should get the signatures of their team members prior to the first round of play. Any player not signing the "Team Certification Form" prior to the start of the tournament will be ineligible to participate in the entire tournament.

Print off your "Team Certification Form" or get one from your DR and bring it with you to the tournament. All rounds are scheduled according to match number on the tournament board.

48 team board is currently full. Due to demand, board size will be increased to 64 if 12 teams are added to the waitlist by January 2, 2025 at noon. If you wish to be put on the waitlist, you must contact the League Office 919-478-5748. All teams must be onsite and paid prior to 11am. At 11am any unpaid slots will go to teams on the wait list. Bonus Points, Team Envelopes, and Individual Makeup Matches Team Envelopes must be completed and returned each week.When completing the information on the label, use one line. Bonus points will only be awarded if the label is completed in full and the envelope is returned to the League Office each week.
