The 2020 and 2021 Spring Session 8-Ball City Tournament is scheduled for July 16-19 at Brass Tap and Brown's Billiards. The tournament consists of 48 teams and is Modified Single Elimination (guaranteed to play twice not lose twice). two (2) teams will be qualifying for the APA World Pool Championships hosted in Las Vegas, in October 2021! 

BOTH LOCATIONS START FRIDAY, July 16 @ 7:00pm.

  • The tournament board is linked below. Please note when and where your team(s) play on Friday and/or Saturday. Round times on Saturday are different for each location.
  • All Sunday play will take place at the primary location. Browns Billiards teams will play at the primary location (Brass Tap) on Sunday morning beginning at 10:00am, due to space availability.
  • A Team Captain's Meeting will be held @ 6:30pm at both locations. 
  • Team captains, World Qualifier Certification forms are due before the Captains meeting on Friday July 16.

ANY TEAM THAT WILL NOT HAVE THEIR CERT FORM SUBMITTED ON TIME MAY BE SUBJECT TO A FIRST ROUND FORFEIT.

Fall 9-Ball Tri-Annual Board and Info

The 2025 Fall Session 9-Ball Tri-Annual will be January 10-11, 2026 at Break Time Billiards. The tournament is Single Elimination. Ten (10) teams will win a slot and advance to the APA Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill World Qualifier scheduled for June 2026. Important reminder, we will be testing electronic scorekeeping during this Tri-Annual and each team will be required to keep score on both paper
