Dear APA Members,


It is finally time for us to announce some good news, will be starting a new session on Dec. 7, 2020, and you can register your team now! After much discussion, we have decided that starting a new session is the best way to give each of you the ability to choose what works for your personal situation at this time.

Don’t worry, we will finish what was a shortened Spring 2020 Session once all of our host locations are up and running. In an effort to be fair, all teams from Spring 2020 will be seeded into playoffs and playoffs will be extended to three weeks in order to qualify teams to the World Qualifier (what would have been Spring 2020 Cities). Please keep in mind that as we return to our host locations, they are counting on us to be responsible in our actions and all APA players must follow their host locations guidelines. We have all been cooped up for way too long, let's get back out there, support our host locations and teammates, and have some fun playing pool!

We are taking team registrations for the following divisions:

  • Monday @6pm - Brass Tap, Brown's, Buck's, High House, Triple Barrel
  • Tuesday @6pm - Brass Tap, Break Time, Brown's, High House, Pantana's, Triple Barrel
  • Wednesday @6pm - Break Time, High House, Triple Barrel
  • Thursday @6pm - Break TIme, Brown's, Buck's, High House, Triple Barrel
  • Saturday @4pm Break Time

NOTE: Additional divisions may be added in the coming days and weeks.

We look forward to seeing many familiar faces in the coming weeks but we also understand that for a number of reasons some faces will be absent in the crowd. To each of you, please know that we hope you are all doing well and hope to see you again soon!

Shoot for a Cure Charity Qualifier

APA Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill is proud to partner with APA Memphis and their Shoot for a Cure effots to raise money for the St Jude Children's Research Hospital. This is the 8th Annual Shoot for a Cure and our first time sending teams, this year we will be sending two 8-ball doubles teams. Summer 8-Ball Tri-Annual Board and Info

The 2025 SummerSession 8-Ball Tri-Annual will be August 23-24, 2025 at Benny's Billiards. The tournament is Single Elimination. Ten (10) teams will win a slot and advance to the APA Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill World Qualifier scheduled for June 2025. Important reminder, we will be testing electronic scorekeeping during this Tri-Annual and each team will be required to keep score on both paper and
