The 2018 Spring Session 9-Ball City Tournament is scheduled for June 1-4 2018, at BREAK TIME BILLIARDS & HIGH HOUSE BILLIARDS. Two teams will be qualifying for the APA World Championships in Las Vegas in August of 2018!!

TEAM CERTIFICATION FORM  

A team captain's meeting will be held 30 minutes before the start of each teams first round. Team captains must turn in their "Team Certification Form" prior to the captain's meeting. Therefore, team captains should get the signatures of their team members prior to the first round of play. Any player not signing the "Team Certification Form" prior to the start of the tournament will be ineligible to participate in the entire tournament.

Print off your "Team Certification Form" or get one from your DR and bring it with you to the tournament. All rounds are scheduled according to match number on the tournament board.

**Only players from your 2018 Spring Session roster (with the required number of matches) are eligible to play in this tournament, as it is The Spring Session City Tournament. No exceptions!!**


Winter weather and weekend play

Forecast models show that there will be an accumulation of snow this weekend, so at this time we are announcing changes to scheduled Saturday and Sunday league activities. Ladies League Vegas Qualifier - The tournament is being rescheduled for March 14th & 15th. Additional details about the board and round times will be posted asap. Masters League Playoffs - With playoffs scheduled this weeken
Returning to regular schedule 1/27/26

League play will resume this evening at 7 pm. We have spoken to the Host Locations and they will be open normal hours today. Always remember, we do have a Severe Weather Policy outlined in our by-laws and always put your safety first! Please do not venture out if conditions in your area or the area you are traveling to make you uncomfortable to drive. We realize that our league covers a wide area,
Monday League Play

After speaking with Host Locations, and watching forecasts, it appears that road conditions may improve some this afternoon but will deteriorate quickly with the low temperatures this evening. APA Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill is canceling league play for Monday January 26, 2026. If you must venture out please be safe! We will continue to keep you informed on a daily basis.
