Several Announcements:

1. You may have noticed several weeks have been "released" on your APA Member Services App. These are the last 3 weeks of the Summer Session. IF YOUR team is playing in Las Vegas for the World Pool Championships... I will REQUIRE YOUR TEAM to PRE-PLAY. Post play will NOT be allowed. Reason being... Playoffs and end of the session co-inside with and overlap the WPC in August.
2. Fall Regional location will be The Rack in Des Moines. This is CONFIRMED and cannot be changed. 2026 locations will go back to original rotation of us, Omaha in the spring and Des Moines in the Fall. Hoping getting the word out now will give you all time to make hotel arrangements. We were able to qualify 32 8-Ball participants and 25 9-Ball participants. 👏 Well done everyone!
3. In-House Divisions: Your Division Reps... Curt Carter, Alan Eddy and Terry Wilson will now start to carry patches on hand starting. This will help to eliminate missed patches and they can be awarded that night! Travel Divisions: Your Division Rep Scott McCumber will also have patches, however...his ability to disperse them will be limited. MAJORITY of travel division patches will come in your weekly envelopes. ALL PATCHES NOT awarded night of play will still be given in weekly envelopes.
4. Electronic payment of weekly dues. In the next coming month or two, I am hoping to offer electronic payment as an option for weekly dues. Once in place, teams will have the freedom to no longer worry about carrying cash or make proper change. One payment of $80 for the entire night, or 2 of $40 will be available. More details to come!!
5. Big Johns In-House 8-Ball only Division. Played on 4 Valley Tables (the newest versions). Look for a survey coming out to gather preference on days of the week and start time.
