How does your team avoid losing BONUS POINTS each week????

1. Make sure your team envelope is turned in immediately after your team has finished playing their match. We start picking up at all our drop locations at 9:00am the following morning.

NOTE: ALL NORTHSHORE TEAMS: We will pick up at The Wherehouse in Covington, Two Sisters in Slidell and Gator’s Daiquiris in Pearl River every Friday afternoon.

2. Make sure your team’s financial obligations are met each week. Please note, any past dues are always highlighted on your scoresheet. If your team is playing away, please do not send us a note that your team will double-up their dues the following week. If your team is playing away either go to your bar and collect the money before your drop your envelope OR pay for that away match in advance.

3. Make sure that your team’s scoresheet(s) are COMPLETELY filled out each week. This means all innings are totaled, total points at the end of the scoresheet, player numbers are not missing, etc.

How does your team avoid receiving any PENALTY POINTS????

NOTE: Per the “APA Official Team Manual”, yearly membership dues are normally due the first week of play in the Spring Session, if the Spring Session starts in the month of December, however we allowed players to pay it no later than week 2 of Spring Session so please make sure all players on your team have paid their 2024 yearly membership dues of $30.00 at this point. Any players that have not paid their $30.00 yearly membership dues OR if they have a personal financial obligation by their name, then your team will receive penalty points in the amount of the points that the player has earned (won) in their match.
