Updated changes to "Bylaws"

IF you go out to the websited NEDallasapa.com and pull up the "Bylaws", there has been a major change to the portion of teams that get qualified out of each Tri-Annual that will move on to World Qualifiers.

Now we will be sending 6 9 Ball Teams and 8 8 Ball Teams from each ending Sessions Tri-Annuals to World Qualifiers in June.This is a major change that allows more teams the opportunity to make it to Vegas each year. As it stands at this moment we will still be sending to 2 teams for 9 Ball to Vegas and 3 8 Ball teams. Those numbers could increase if we keep growing the league to reach the next tier number to be able to send an extra team in both.
