Once Week 1 score sheets for the Summer session are released, what can players change and what needs to be handled by the league office?

In the SCORE KEEPER APP, Anyone can…

Add/remove an existing MVAPA member from the roster (player must have a 183 number). Existing members may include players who have played for MVAPA previously OR new members who have signed up on line through poolplayers.com and were assigned an MVAPA (183) player number.

Team Location

Captains and Co Captains (the 2nd player listed on the roster)

Removing any singles qualified shooter

CAPTAINS:

Please make sure that your personal information is up to date-especially your phone and mailing address. This can be done by clicking your initials in the upper righthand corner of the app and choose “profile”.

Please double check that your team is posted in the correct host location.

If you have brand new players who have been added to the roster through the main office, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THEY CHOOSE “CLAIM MY ACCOUNT” when setting up their online account through poolplayers.com…otherwise, they will create a duplicate account for themselves and this can take several days/weeks to sort out.

Please keep in mind that there are OVER 300 teams and some of you sent multiple emails regarding changes. Errors are inevitable. Please do not panic if there is something incorrect, simply email us at mvapa183@gmail.com with the specifics. Remember that you have through the START of WEEK 4 to make roster changes. There is NO exception to this rule this session so be sure that all of your changes are entered on time.

There were a few teams that never answered the league office as to their intentions for the Summer session. We removed most of those teams from the schedule BUT if you planned on returning and do not see your team, it's not too late to still be added.

Again, and this is VERY important…ANY AND ALL CHANGES THAT YOU NEED THE LEAGUE OFFICE TO HANDLE, MUST BE EMAILED ONLY TO MVAPA183@GMAIL.COM.

And lastly, THERE WILL BE CHANGES…changes to rosters, schedules etc…please be sure to check back several times prior to week one to make sure your schedule has not changes.
