Doors Open at 9am, Play begins at 10am following the players meeting

THERE MAY BE BYES, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK FB AND IN THE APP TO SEE IF YOUR TEAM RECEIVES A FIRST ROUND BYE (these teams must arrive by noon).

This is a round robin tournament meaning all teams will play 2-3 matches. If there are any 1st round byes, we will let the captains know by Friday as we are still waiting for teams to choose their preferred date. Again, this is the SUMMER TRI CUP, meaning you are to bring your SUMMER 2025 roster, NOT your new Fall roster.

Reminder that there is a team fee of $25 for Tri Cup events. This allows us to keep the tables open during play and if space permits, allow for practice tables. This can be paid in cash the day of the event OR you are welcome to send it via Paypal or Venmo ahead of time.

*Tri Annual dates are on a first come, first serve basis. AS SOON AS YOU PLAYOFF MATCH ENDS, please go to the Google Doc link and choose your tri annual date.

*We have play up to and including Thursday so teams with first round byes on Sept 6 and 7thwill not know until Friday morning. We suggest you have your team prepared to be at Summit Lanes at 9am. We will let you know as soon as possible if your team has a bye.

*There is NO outside food or beverage permitted at Summit Lanes.

*Children are NOT permitted in the playing areas and of course, the bar. All kiddos must remain outside of the pool room and out of The Pit.

UPDATE: THERE ARE NO BYES THE WEEKEND OF SEPTEMBER 6th/7th AND ALL TEAMS WITH INELIGIBLE SHOOTERS HAVE BEEN CONTACTED.
