You should ALL have everything you need. The hotel sent confirmations to the team Captains so if you have not yet heard about your hotel info, please contact your Captain. Captains, if you have not received the email, please let us know ASAP!

REMINDER FOR ALL NE CHALLENGE QUALIFIED TEAMS:

Congratulations on qualifying to compete in the Northeast Challenge at the Mohegan Sun in CT. Your homework this week (for all teams including 3 Man, Ladies and Master) is to send me your rooming lists and confirm who will be attending the event for your team.

I WILL NEED ALL OF THIS INFORMATION NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY AS THEY MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE HOTEL BY THURSDAY!

8 and 9 Ball teams will get three rooms total (2 double queen rooms and 1 king room with a pull out)

Masters, Ladies and 3 Man each will receive 2 rooms (double queen).

If you are questioning the dates of your stay, look to the bottom of the hotel rooming chart you were given when qualifying.

Again, it is super important that I receive this information by WEDNESDAY JUNE 11. Any questions, you know how to reach Marni.

Tamaqua 8/9 Ball and Panther Valley 8 Ball- There has been a slight change to the schedules as a team has relocated to The Elks. Marni has reached out to teams who may encounter a scheduling conflict (Sundays only) however, all captains in any of these divisions, please note that one of the teams formerly out of the Russian Club will be finishing out the session at The Elks.
