Wild Card Draw Info

You will not see the final standings posted until AFTER the wild card draw.

There are NOW bonus points included for the final week of play…If teams ALSO earned their perfect paperwork bonus points (5 for 8 ball and 15 for 9 ball), you will see these points awarded as an “adjustment score”, the final week of play. In order to receive perfect paperwork points, your team could not have any late or missed payments.

Ties are broken by head to head scores. We will explain each tie breaker as they occur.

If you answered the question regarding your team’s intentions next session, thank you and congrats-you’ve earned the roster bonus points for Summer 2025! If you didn’t OR if you wish to enter a brand new team, you have until Friday April 25 to email us at mvapa183@gmail.com in order to still receive the bonus points.

NEW TEAMS- please email your team name, location, night of play, captain's name and roster to us. For brand new APA shooters, we will need their full name nad date of birth.

It is vacation season and there are several shooters attending the Poolplayers Tournament. If a team is in need of rescheduling, please work with each other to do so. Contact Marni if you need assistance with this.

There are now 2 weeks of playoffs. Only players with 5 or more matches played in the regular session are eligible for post session play (playoffs/Tri Cups). Division champs and winners will attend the Tri Cups which are in May.

9 Ball Tri Cups- May 10

Patches for April including MVP will be sent upon completion of all playoffs.

Marni will be working on schedules for Summer session in the next few weeks. She will post on FB and in the app when division schedules are ready for viewing. UNTIL schedules are complete, you won’t be able to make your roster changes in the app so again, please be patient. Once you see score sheets for Fall available in the score keeper app, you are welcome to make any changes you need.

REGARDING ROSTERS: Once we have released the first weeks score sheets for Summer 2025, you will be able to make most roster changes yourself in the ScoreKeeper app. There is no need to email us your changes unless you are having issues making the change yourself in your Week 1 score sheet (again, these changes are to be made in ScoreKeeper, NOT your APA player app).

We spend hours making sure that all info you need is posted in the app and on FB…PLEASE take the time to seek out your answers before contact your division reps or us. EVERYTHING, INCLUDING THE RULE BOOK/BY LAWS, is literally at your fingers!
