ALL PLAYERS must pay their yearly dues prior to their first match. Individuals who play and haven’t paid their dues may lose their points earned. These can be paid directly thought the app or by sending payments to the league office. If payments ae sent via PayPal or Venmo, PLEASE note exactly who they are for.

There are a lot of new shooters this session which is amazing. If the LEAGUE OFFICE created an account for the player by adding them to your roster, they must go to poolplayers.com and CLAIM THEIR ACCOUNT in order to have online access. Be sure they are CLAIMING THEIR ACCOUNT, otherwise, they will be creating a duplicate account which causes a delay in their access to online services. Duplicate accounts must be reported to and combined by National which can take several days.

DO NOT WAIT UNTIL GAME TIME to ask the league office to add a new shooter to your roster. If this is the case, new members will have to go to poolplayers.com, create and pay for their account and THEN you will be able to add them yourself by choosing “edit roster” in the score keeper app.

All players will need 5 session plays to be eligible for playoffs and tri cups. In order to compete in World Qualifiers, ALL players must have 10 matches played in the last 2 years, in the style of play they are competing. YOUR SPRING ROSTER IS THE TEAM THAT COMPETES IN WORLD QUALIFIERS (regardless of who was on your team when you earned the qualification.

It is the Spring session so there are NO changes permitted after the 4th week of play, unless your team is in “survival mode” (defined as having LESS than 5 players rostered). Please remember that ALL CHANGES must be made prior to your match beginning Week 4.

Reminder that in order to receive your weekly bonus points, you must pay weekly dues NO LATER than the day following play. If you choose to mail in payments, it must be postmarked the day following play. If you are e-paying with Venmo or PayPal, it must be sent the day following play, or in the case of a captain with multiple teams, the day following the last night of play in the week. We accept weekly and player dues payments via PayPal, Venmo, checks, cash or money orders. Here are our addresses...
