In an effort to streamline skill level review requests, we have established a new procedure for players. There is now a Google Form to fill out, completely, in order to submit ANY skill level review. As a reminder, we will NOT conduct any review if submitted via any other method (text, call, email, bottom of score sheet, etc...).

This will allow us to obtain the exact information that we need to conduct a thorough and proper skill level review, as well as better track reviewer requests.

After filling out the Google Form, you will receive a notice stating that your response has been recorded AND you will receive an email with a copy of your responses. Upon review, you will receive an email directly from Doc with his findings. Please be patient as it may take a few days to respond. Also, please keep in mind that a SL review does not mean that a player’s skill level will automatically change, just because you feel it should. A skill level review is a chance to draw our attention, in more detail, to an individual and potential give us additional information that the system does not.
