Matches Played Requirements

Session- 5 session plays are required in order for shooters to compete in playoffs and tri cups. These 5 matches are required for EACH team the shooter is on (for example, if the shooter plays on an 8ball team and a 9 ball team, they need 5 plays on EACH team to be eligible for any post session play that team may encounter). This is an MVAPA By Law and is not subject to exception.

World Qualifiers- 10 plays are required in order for shooters to compete in World Qualifiers. These plays MUST be complete by the END of the Spring session (tri cup play counts towards this amount). This is a National rule and is not subject to exception.

Singles- 10 plays in the last 2 years (in the style of play they are competing, 8 or 9 ball). Plays can be from any league area and shooters may compete on a singles board in any league area. This is a National rule and is not subject to exception.

Doubles- 20 plays in the last 2 years (in the style of play they are competing, 8 or 9 ball). Plays must be in the league area they wish to compete in and shooters can only compete in the league area they are active in, in that style of play (8 or 9 ball). This is a National rule and is not subject to exception.

Who Plays With Us?

Tri Cups- Any player who just completed the session with your team and has met the play requirements is eligible to compete in THAT session’s tri cup, regardless of whether they are remaining on the team the next session or not.

World Qualifiers- Any player who just completed the SPRING SESSION with your team and has met the play requirements is eligible to compete in WQs, regardless of whether they are remaining on the team the next session or not, however, the team MUST remain active in the SUMMER SESSION with 4 original members in order to compete in WQs. It does NOT matter who was on your team when you qualified, it is ALWAYS YOUR SPRING ROSTER WHO PLAYS IN WQs AND YOUR SPRING ROSTER WHO WILL GO TO LAS VEGAS SHOULD YOU WIN!

Summer-Fall-Spring.

The Spring Session is the important one.
