* If you won an MVP Medal/Trophy 2023-Summer thru 2024-Spring . . . you were invited, and your spot is guaranteed until:
8-ball spots (for 7/13/24 event) are guaranteed until 7/09/24
9-ball spots (for 7/20/24 event) are guaranteed until 7/15/24

If any invites are declined/expired, the next eligible person in line (by MVP points) will be invited.

Staggered start times for each of the teirs (check-in 30min before your start time)

Tournament brackets will be seeded by MVP PPM (points per match)

Winner of each tier receives $700 travel assistance to go to Las Vegas to play in the Minis during either the APA World Pool Championships in Aug or APA Poolplayer Championships in Apr/May.(there is also a $300 cash out option)
* Cash-out option must be exercised before Dec 31st of the year awarded, and Travel Assistance is nontransferable and must be used before the end of the next Calendar Year or it will be forfeited.

The initial top 16 MVP invitees are guaranteed their spots until July 9th (8-ball) and July 15th (9-ball)
Only Active 485 players that meet the MVP eligibility requirements (min 50% matches played in a session) are eligible.
(Active = Active on a team in that format in the 2024 Spring or current Summer session)
