McLean 9-Ball June 7th- 9th @ The Station Saloon (Bracket Drawing 6/2 @TBD) 

DeWitt 9-Ball June 14-16 (Bracket Drawing 6/9 @TBD)

8-Ball Reminders:

• Certify/Play at your highest session ending handicap.
• 1 timeout per rack
• Common players can sit out or declare team they will shoot with prior to match.
• Sudden Death is 3 hrs and 45 min.

Summer Session Notes:

• Please finalize your rosters, asap. 
• If you are possibly taking the Summer off- you MAY still play in the City Tournament, if your team is qualified. IF you win, to keep your teams eligibility your team must be added to the Summer session the week following the City Tournament. 
• New players need to send birthdate, email, and best phone to Kellee and/or Aaron. 
• All new members must pay their APA Membership fee prior to playing their first match, this is the National Offices rule and there can be no exceptions going forward. It can be paid the night of the first match. 
• Any players that refer a new player for the 2024 Summer Session will be entered into a drawing to win APA Merch and/or DeWitt and McLean APA cash. Cash can be used to pay Membership Fees or Weekly Dues. Player you refer must let us know you referred them.

Ladies Night Out 8-Ball May 31st(Wk2) *Bags will be out Week 1 if you do want to play Wk1&2 early due to 8-Ball City Tournaments.
