🎯 Clean Sweep Patches — Request by Midnight Tonight

Players who were on a Fall 2025 Clean Sweep team are eligible to receive a Clean Sweep patch.

In past sessions, patches were automatically distributed to every team. We’ve updated that process to reduce waste from unclaimed patches, while still ensuring every eligible player can receive one.

✔️ Patches are free

✔️ Up to 8 patches per team

✔️ Players may submit the form more than once if patches need to go to different host locations

➡️ Clean Sweep Patch Request Form: https://qrco.de/bgbAIv

⏰ Deadline Extended: Submit by midnight tonight.

📦 Patches will be distributed this week! Check with your DR on league night if you requested one.
