Hello Jacksonville APA! As we head into another exciting week of league play, here are a few important reminders and updates for all teams:

📌 Standard Reminders

No Makeups Allowed – If you can’t play your scheduled match night, your team may request a prematch from your opponent with enough notice. If that can’t be arranged, then any unplayed matches are considered forfeits.

Past Dues = Lost Bonus Points – Teams with past due balances will continue to lose their bonus points until balances are paid in full. Please keep your accounts current so your team doesn’t miss out.

Roster Changes – Only a few weeks remain to make any roster adjustments. If you’ve been thinking about adding or swapping players, now’s the time.

📋 For Newly Qualified Teams

Congratulations to the teams who just qualified at Tri-Annual! 🎉 A quick reminder: the 50% Rule is in effect. Please check your current division standings and make sure your team is in compliance so your qualification stays intact.

👉 The Tri-Annual One-Loss Bracket (Sept 28th/29th) will be posted after all teams have replied to their confirmation texts. Thanks to those who have already responded — we appreciate it!

It’s never too early to start planning your doubles strategy! Start looking for a partner now for:

  • The Halloween Doubles Tournament coming up, October 25th
  • The 8-Ball Doubles Vegas Qualifier, November 8th

🎟 Registration for both events will open in October, with full details coming soon. Grab a buddy, start practicing, and get ready for some fun competition!

📱 Fall Regionals Reminder

If you’re a Fall Regionals qualified player, please make sure your phone number is up to date in the app. We’ll be sending out participation confirmation texts this week, and we don’t want you to miss yours! (8-Ball: Oct. 4th, 9-Ball: Oct. 5th)
