- All teams start at 10 AM except for the teams drawing a bye in the first round each day (2 in 8-Ball, 3 in 9-Ball).
- 8-Ball: No change from previous communication — still at Beaches QBall. Round times are 10 AM & 3 PM
- 9-Ball: Previously communicated to Captains as Beaches QBall, but now moved to QBall (OG-Dinosaur). Round times are 10 AM & 2:30 PM
Player Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have played 4 times with the team during the Summer session.
- Must have 6 lifetime matches in the format by the tournament date.
- Players do not need to be currently active in the format to participate — this is the only tournament where that’s the case.
- The PDFs below show all eligible players. Ineligible players are italicized

Tri-Annual FAQs:
- No roster changes — the Summer eligible team is the team for the tournament.
- If a Summer team gets qualified, the current roster in the following sessions takes over as the World Qualified roster.
(Example: If a player leaves after Summer, they can still play in Tri-Annual, but they won’t be on the qualified roster unless they are also on the current Fall and future Spring rosters. Week 4 Spring roster = World Qualified roster.)
For Participating Teams:
- Please double-check your roster and reach out to us before the tournament if you have questions about eligibility or skill levels.
- Skill levels were updated today to reflect the highest current level for all active players as outlined in the Official Team Manual. Skill levels will be updated again August 22nd.
- Captains have already been contacted to confirm participation. Start times are posted on the brackets — arrive at least 30 minutes early to check in.
- Whether it’s your first Tri-Annual or you just need a refresher, review the Higher Level Tournament Rules, Common Player Guidelines, and Sudden Death Procedures on our website so you're prepared.

Major League Milestone 🎉
On a related note, if you missed the announcement earlier this week, we have exciting news! We are in the midst of the 2025 APA 9-Ball World Pool Championships in Las Vegas and we are proud to have three teams representing Jacksonville APA this year.
But what's better than three? FOUR teams!
Thanks to the incredible growth you’ve helped build, Jacksonville APA will send FOUR 9-Ball teams to the APA World Pool Championships in 2026!
We’re also right on the edge of sending FOUR 8-Ball teams. If we can fill a few more byes and keep building new teams before the Spring deadline, we’ll hit that number too! So keep spreading the word, recruiting new players, and building teams — every match played moves us closer.
Thank you for all the support, energy, and effort you’ve already put in to help us grow — it’s what makes milestones like this possible.

More pool. More fun. More chances to go to Vegas!
