Tonight kicks off the final night of regular session play for each night of play, which means it's time for the wild card draws! The wild card draw procedures and playoff structure are both outlined in our Bylaws. Division Reps will facilitate the wild card draw for each division roughly 15 minutes prior to the start of league. Please make sure a team captain, or other team representative, is present to draw a card. DRs will designate another player to draw a card for any teams without a representative present. 

Division Reps submit the card each team draws to our office electronically. Our office will then verify division standings after the final matches are entered, as well as team eligibility and any passdowns, before posting the playoff matches to the APA Pool League app the next day. Teams should check the app to see if they have a playoff match the week after Thanksgiving, and our office will notify captains to make sure they are aware. 

Remember, teams already qualified for the World Qualifier will not participate in Tri-Annuals or Playoffs, should they finish in a Tri-Annual or Playoff position for their division size. Those teams will instead earn a spot at the 2025 Jacksonville APA Elite Cup (winner take all, $3,000). Good luck if you're working towards this goal!
