We're writing to give a quick update to where things stand as we relocate 9 Ball Heaven teams to other locations. All teams have indicated their new home location and we are working now to make all the changes in the system. 21 divisions are impacted by the changes so we are taking our time and carefully updating them, one day at a time. If your division schedule is in Edit Mode, your division has not been updated yet. As divisions update, here are a few questions we expect will come up: 

• Some 9 Ball Heaven teams moved to existing divisions in other locations. All divisions had the same number of weeks played so teams moving from 9 Ball Heaven to another location will retain their points earned to date as well as matches played. 
• Teams moving from 9 Ball Heaven to a location that did not have an existing division will show that they are in week 1 of the new division and that their session is 11 weeks long. 
• All points earned and matches played in the original division will show after teams play a match in the new division. Until then, the system will not show the points earned or the total matches played this session per player. You CAN see all of this information if you download the PDF of the scoresheet on the APA Pool League app (not Scorekeeper). 
• Points earned in the original 9 Ball Heaven division will appear as "Additional Bonus Points" for the team. You can see these (after they play a match in the new division this week) by clicking on the team in the division standings -- scroll to the bottom, below their session schedule, to see the points they brought over from the 9 Ball Heaven division. 
• Table assignments have to be redone for just about every division. We're working on this and they will be updated each day by 6pm. Please do not text us prior to that regarding table assignments. They will be uploaded to the website before league. If you don't know how to find table assignments, here's the link. Click your division to download a PDF. (Sidenote regarding table assignments: We're in the process of working with an awesome league player who's building a table assignment online tool for us to make table assignments a much less cumbersome process! Look for those amazing enhancements soon! 😍)

Please look things over carefully as you check out the changes to your division once they are released and notify us ASAP if you notice anything funky.
