We are proud to have over 70 players traveling to Las Vegas over the next two weeks to compete on behalf of Jacksonville APA at the APA World Pool Championships. We also understand this may cause issues fielding during the first two weeks of play for some teams.

If your team is impacted by Las Vegas participation, you have the following options. Please complete these options in order, i.e. if you have the ability to do option 1, you should do option 1 before moving on to option 2.

Option 1: Play all players you have available and play someone twice (this is always allowed in the first four weeks of the session) to minimize the number of preplays or makeups requested.

Option 2: Preplaying is always allowed if your opponent agrees – but we know it’s tough with such short notice this time around.

Option 3: Complete makeup matches by August 30th. Teams cannot decline a makeup match request related to Las Vegas participation. Please work together to get these played as quickly as possible, and no later than August 30th.
