ROSTER CHANGES

Teams are welcome to make any roster changes needed going into the new session. Keep in mind, if your team is Tri-Annual qualified then you need to keep at least 4 members of your Summer team on the roster to maintain your World Qualifier eligibility. 

Any player on the team is able to make roster changes in the APA Scorekeeper app during the first four weeks. Just click "Edit Roster" under the team and use the plus/minus buttons to add or remove a player. You can search by name to add someone, just verify the player number of the player you are adding matches the player number they see when they login to the APA Pool League app to ensure you're adding the right person. If you have any trouble, just text us and we'll help you get it sorted out. 

You will need our help with roster changes if you need to change the captain or co-captain of the team or if you're trying to remove a Singles Regionals qualified player. These things can easily be handled, just send a text to 904-585-8180 and we can get it taken care of quickly.

PLAY FREE

Remember new players who join online at join.poolplayers.com play their first match free. We also extend this promotion to players who haven't played APA for at least 2 years. In both of these situations, just note your team envelope by writting the players name and "free" in the fees section. 

MEMBERSHIP FEES

All players need an active APA membership before they play their first match. They can join or rewew their membership online at join.poolplayers.com, or submit $30 with the team envelope. Teams will lose bonus points and show a $30 past due balance for any player that participates in a match with an unpaid membership. If players need help logging in to renew an old membership online, have the player reach out to us directly. We can usually troubleshoot the problem quickly if we have them on the phone.
