The CPA Montreal Invitational is an annual tournament hosted in beautiful downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The Tournament includes over 100 teams in 4 different events: 8-Ball, 9-Ball, Ladies, and Masters. We are proud to send a team to represent the Jacksonville APA in each event the Tournament hosts.

The 8-Ball team advancing from the Jacksonville APA will be determined via the Destination Division Championship.

There's only ONE WEEK LEFT to register a team that can compete for the 2025 CPA Montreal Invitational 8-BALL slot awarded to the Jacksonville APA.

Teams must be registered for the Destination Division and ready to play matches on July 28th to meet local eligibility requirements for the Destination Division Championship.

You can only win the CPA Montreal Invitational 8-Ball slot via the Destination Division Championship, which teams can only earn eligibility for through the Destination Division.

The Destination Division got a makeover, thanks to your feedback!

This 8-ball only division now meets monthly on Sunday afternoons to play two matches simultaneously. The division plays a total of 20 weeks (10 months) over the course of a year. The Destination Division Championship is based on mid-session standings and determines the 8-ball team advancing to the CPA Montreal Invitational. The advancing team will receive hotel, airfare, and their tournament entry fee paid.

Destination division teams are also competing to advance to the Spring 2025 Tri-Annual and the 8-Ball World Qualifier, just like all other 8-ball teams in the Jacksonville APA. The team fee is $75 per match, instead of the standard $50, to pay for the additional destination division prizes.

The 8-Ball Destination Division plays at noon on Sundays at 9 Ball Heaven. Download the full 2024-2025 Destination Division calendar here. Rosters include 5-8 players. Teams play 5 matches against another team and cannot exceed 23 skill level points, just like standard 8-ball divisions that play weekly. All players must have 10 lifetime matches and have played at least 4 times with the destination division team by the Destination Division Championship, which takes place after week 14, to be eligible to compete in the Tournament with the team.
