**PLEASE READ! This information is for all players, not just for Captains!**

Tonight kicks off the last night of regular session play and our wild card draws! Good luck to you all as you battle for Tri-Annual, Elite Cup, MVP, playoff and/or Doubles Division Championship eligibility! That's a lot on the line!

In lieu of a Players Meeting, here are a few important notes about your last night of the regular session play, playoffs, and the new Spring session starting in December.

• Division Reps will facilitate the Wild Card draw prior to league play on your last night of regular league. 
• Please make sure you, or someone from your team, arrives to league at least 15 minutes before the start time to participate in the wild card draw with your Division Rep. If you're in a travel division, reach out to your DR to designate a representative or arrange a video call! Your DR's contact information is available in the APA Pool League app. 
• Teams with more than 5 individual forfeits or who are not returning for next session are not eligible for playoffs and will not participate in the wild card draw. If you have not registered your team for the spring session yet, please help us by letting us know if your team plans to play next session. You can mark this on your scoresheet in the Scorekeeper app (preferred method) or by texting our office at 904-585-8180.
• Teams with a past due balance may not participate in playoffs so make sure those balances are paid this week!
• There is no league play next Wednesday through Friday (Nov. 22-24) in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. 
• Playoff matches are scheduled at the same time as regular league the week after Thanksgiving. Check the app for all playoff schedules to be updated by Nov. 22nd. 
• The Spring Session starts the week after playoffs. We will release Spring schedules during playoff week.
• If you have players joining your team who do not currently have an active 2023 membership, those players should wait until Dec. 1st to join the APA so their membership will apply to 2024. If they join before then, they'll be prompted to renew their membership on Dec. 1st (in which case, please contact us so we can help fix that). 
• Existing APA players with a valid 2023 membership should renew their APA membership for 2024 on or before Dec. 1st to be entered to win a new Skylar Woodward AVID Proof Series Cue by Cuetec! See our website for details on this early renewal raffle! 
• It is not necessary to text us roster changes for next session as you will be able to make those changes in the Scorekeeper app once Week 1 scoresheets are released. If you prefer us to make those changes for you, please TEXT your requests to 904-585-8180.
• If you are planning to add a team to a division or move your team to a different division or host location, please contact us ASAP to let us know. (Make sure you check out the Hot Seat Divisions as you're considering a new team!)
• Clean Sweep, Mini Slam, and Grand Slam patches will all be dispersed after in the Spring session.
