League is ON

We randomly called about two dozen captains to help us make a decision about league tonight and the unanimous response was to move forward with league as scheduled so there are no changes to league play for tonight (Wed. August, 30). The overwhelming motivation from the players we spoke to was the desire to support your host location if they planned to be open. You guys are awesome.

We understand that not all players will choose to go to league tonight and that's okay. Almost all of the captains we spoke to felt their team should be okay fielding with the players that want to come out, or they could field by playing someone twice. With that said, for tonight only, teams can play someone twice, if needed. If your team still struggles to field even with playing someone twice, please do not hesitate to contact the league office for options (call/text: 904-585-8180). We will work with you and will not penalize a team that is unable to make numbers tonight.

Thanks for always looking out for the league and your favorite host locations. We'll see you tonight if you're at Blanding Billiards!
