We are getting lots of messages about roster changes and/or membership fees and need your help to address these. 

First, if you are making any changes to your team or need something in your envelope (adding/dropping players, team name change, captain/co-captain change, missing a patch, etc.), please note this on your scoresheet. We may not be at our desks when we receive a text or Facebook message, so putting these notes on the scoresheet is the best way to communicate that information to us to ensure it gets done when we are at our desks processing your matches.

Second, a lot of the issues we are addressing are because scoresheets are not properly noted. To help us make sure we are applying your fees paid correctly, and making the roster changes you intend to make, please make sure your scoresheets are clearly noted. Here is what we are looking for when we process your scoresheets:

- When dropping a player, draw a line through the player's name and write DROP (sometimes people cross off the players that will not be at league that night, so we will not drop them unless you write DROP)

- To add a player, write the player's name and player number either by the team roster or in the message center at the bottom and write ADD
- Player's must either (1) join APA online, in which case they will pay their membership fee online and receive a player number via email, or (2) pay their membership fee with your team envelope and fill out a membership application. If a new player does not join online, plays a match, does not pay their membership fee, and we have no information on this player to create their membership - the match will be forfeited in favor of your opponent. 

- VERY IMPORTANT: Anytime you are paying a membership fee, please write who's membership fees are being paid in the fees section of the scoresheet. 

- And as a reminder, if a player plays a match and has not paid their membership fee, we will pay it on their behalf and charge the team the past due amount. We did not take bonus points for this in week 1, however bonus points will be lost moving forward if the team is past due or plays a player who did not pay a membership fee.
