The APA World Pool Championships kick off tomorrow! We will be out of the office from August 6th through August 14th attending the event. For the most part, this doesn't affect league play, but there are a handful of things we wanted to share with you: 

  • The next time you arrive to league (as soon as tonight!), you'll find two scoresheets in your envelope. One for your match that night and one for the following week. Because of our travel schedule, we will not be able to pick up envelopes, process the matches, and return them before you play again. 
  • You can still turn your envelope in to your Host Location like normal and they will return it to you the next week. If you play in a travel division and will be at a different location for the next match, please take it with you for the following week. All envelopes should remain at the host location after matches played next week so they can be picked up and processed when we return.
  • Two sealable envelopes are also included, one for each week's league fees. Please make sure you seal your envelope each week (by the way, this is a standard good practice every league night). 
  • Just so you know what to expect: 
    • Wednesday through Friday matches played between now and August 12th will be updated on the APA app on August 16th. 
    • Sunday through Tuesday matches played between now and August 14th will be updated on the APA app on August 19th. 
  • In terms of our office hours and availability, we are still available by phone call or text message at 904-585-8180. Please be mindful of the time change (9am here is 6am there). We appreciate your patience if we don't respond right away during this time, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you need immediate assistance during league play, your first contact should always be your Division Rep (another standard good practice on league night 😊) and they will contact us if necessary.
