Today starts week 5 of the Fall session. We wanted to bring a few things to your attention headed into this week:

1. All unpaid players on rosters were dropped at the end of week 4 (see OTM, pg. 22). If a player was dropped from your roster they can be readded by paying their APA membership fee in your team envelope or online at poolplayers.com. 
2. Any member joining your team must pay their membership fee before playing a match. If a player plays and does not pay, we will pay their membership on their behalf and place a $25 past due balance on the team. Teams with past due balances lose bonus points until the debt is paid. 
3. You can no longer play a player twice after week four (see Jacksonville APA Bylaws). If you cannot field 23 or less, you can request a makeup match with 24 hours notice. It is up to the opponent on whether or not to grant a makeup match request with less than 24 hours notice. (Exception: See announcement regarding COVID, sent 8/5/21).
4. The full team fee is due at the time you submit your scoresheet, even if there are makeup matches yet to be played. Makeup matches are to be played within two weeks of the original match date, unless otherwise approved by the League Office (we are making an exception for COVID makeups, just please keep us informed).
