For convenience, we used to accept partial payments from individuals electronically. 

Going forward, we’re asking that players pay their captains (or whoever handles the team payment) for their matches, and that person will make one payment per team. 

If a player wants to send electronically, they can either collect cash from teammates and send one electronic payment with the team name and week of play, or collect electronic payments from players and send one envelope with cash, again labeled with the team name and week of play. 

We’re making this change because too many players (sometimes 4–5 on a team) have been sending random amounts without indicating which team or week it’s for. Thanks for your understanding—this won’t affect most teams. 

Also, cash and electronic payments MUST be sent the same night of play, and bonus points will be affected if payments aren’t received on time.
