If you are interested in putting a team into the 2026 NEC, please let me know no later than October 8th!!

I will need to request these slots so any request not to me by 10/8 will not be considered.

I will receive my team slot confirmations by Oct 20th.

If there are fewer slots awarded than teams requesting, I will hold a drawing for those slots with the persons who requested.

I will not be chasing you down for these deadlines. Persons awarded the slots will lose the slot and/or the deposit and/or the final payment . Everything is non-refundable.

Dates to remember:

  • November 3, 2025 - Persons receiving slots will need to pay half of the total entry fee no later than November 3rd. If using a check, which is preferred, make payable to Green Mountain APA. Note in the memo exactly what it is for.
  • December 1, 2025 - The remainder of the entry is due no later than December 1st. If using a check, which is preferred, make payable to Green Mountain APA. Make a note in the memo exactly what it is for.
  • May 15, 2026 - All team rosters will be due no later than May 15th.
  • June 8, 2026 - All rooming lists are due no later than June 8th.
  • July 3, 2026 - The final day for players to have their 20 matches played by is July 3rd. There are no exceptions to this date.
  • July 8, 2026 - There will be no roster changes of any sort after July 8th. There are no exceptions to this.

IT'S PARTY TIME!!! Our GMAPA family gets pretty creative when it comes to costumes. Last year's contest was so close that the judges just couldn't decide!! We needed a little outside help from our special NH guests and bar patrons. It was awesome!! This will be our 7th year running this charity tournment at Vermont Pool And Bar. All money raised will go to the Eleanor B. Daniels Fund at UVM.
