I will need to request these slots so any request not to me by 10/8 will not be considered.

I will receive my team slot confirmations by Oct 20th.

If there are fewer slots awarded than teams requesting, I will hold a drawing for those slots with the persons who requested.

I will not be chasing you down for these deadlines. Persons awarded the slots will lose the slot and/or the deposit and/or the final payment . Everything is non-refundable.

Dates to remember:

  • November 3, 2025 - Persons receiving slots will need to pay half of the total entry fee no later than November 3rd. If using a check, which is preferred, make payable to Green Mountain APA. Note in the memo exactly what it is for.
  • December 1, 2025 - The remainder of the entry is due no later than December 1st. If using a check, which is preferred, make payable to Green Mountain APA. Make a note in the memo exactly what it is for.
  • May 15, 2026 - All team rosters will be due no later than May 15th.
  • June 8, 2026 - All rooming lists are due no later than June 8th.
  • July 3, 2026 - The final day for players to have their 20 matches played by is July 3rd. There are no exceptions to this date.
  • July 8, 2026 - There will be no roster changes of any sort after July 8th. There are no exceptions to this.

The entry for singles boards has changed. Going forward, it is as follows: $60 entry for all double elimination tournaments. $45 entry for all single elimination tournaments. GMAPA - Ladies Division

Once again Green Mountain APA will have a Ladies only 8-Ball Division! The session will last for 10 "weeks" begining October 19th, with playoffs being held on March 1st. We will play twice per month.
