Past Due Balances

There is an increasing and unacceptable number of teams with past due balances. Many of those teams have team members claiming they have paid for their share of the weekly dues directly to the team captains and stating that those captains are keeping - also known as stealing - the money. This behavior will not be tolerated. In the past, I have provided leniency for past due teams, but that lenienc
