This is a Scotch Doubles Tournament.  Skill levels must be combined 10 and under in one format(8 or 9ball).  The Game is mostly fast Saratoga.....with obstacles.  Think eyepatches, balloons, etc.  Plus two new variations provided by the Wheel of Torture.  This will be a random draw tournament each round with each team assigned a number of lives.
