Friendly Reminder - you MUST PAY your 2026 Membership Dues before playing your first match in Spring Session.

We have officially started the Spring Session of 2026. If you can not pay until January, please do not PLAY until January. Please understand this is nothing new and we are only enforcing the rules.

From the OTM (Official Team Manuel) page 22 regarding MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL -

Players may renew their membership for the upcoming calendar year online at poolplayers.com beginning October 1. When renewing, please be sure to update your contact information. Your renewal fee must be paid the first time you play a match in the new calendar year.

EXCEPTION: If your Fall Session ends after the first of the year, membership fees are not due until the first time you play a match in the Spring Session. If your Spring Session starts in December, your membership for the upcoming year will be due the first time you play a Spring Session match or by week four of the Spring Session, whichever occurs first.

If players who have not played, have not paid membership by week 4 of Spring Session, we will remove them from your roster. Another way to put it -- "non-members can not play a match." If a player plays without paying membership, points will be deducted from your team. Thank you!

A side note regarding our calendar -- we start Spring Session in December for a couple reasons: 1) to not have Fall Session Playoffs over the holiday, 2) to not have Spring Session Playoffs affected by those playing in Las Vegas late April/early May.
