Roster changes

1. Changes can be emailed anytime days BEFORE a match
2. Day of changes MUST BE EMAILED NO LATER THAN 3PM ON THE DAY OF
3. Weekend team changes MUST BE EMAILED NO LATER THAN 5PM ON THE FRIDAY HEADING INTO THE WEEKEND

Phone calls

1. You can access phone number from the POOL LEAGUE APP.
2. Under the 3 bars on the left, then under MY LEAGUES select Delco PA & Southernmost NJ. You'll see 2 blue boxes. Select the 1 that has a phone icon.
3. Be sure to leave a message. If you don't leave a message, calls will NOT be returned.

Email

1. You can access email from the POOL LEAGUE APP.
2. Under the 3 bars on the left, then under MY LEAGUES select Delco PA & Southernmost NJ. You'll see 2 blue boxes. Select the 1 that has a mail icon.
3. Be sure to write what you need an answer to; team name, division, player(s) being removed; player(s) being added, etc.
4. Be specific as you can. This will have what is needed completed quickly.

Text Messages

1. Use the above methods
2. DO NOT TEXT - texts are not being monitored
3. IF YOU RECEIVE A TEXT FROM A DR (DIVISION REP), LM (LEAGUE MANAGER) OR THE OFFICE - then you can respond. These texts are being monitiored.

AN AVERAGE DAY

1. There are staff members in and out of the office all day long. They can assist ONLY WITH CERTAIN THINGS. AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE SET UP AHEAD OF TIME FOR IN PERSON ASSISTANCE.

2. Remember LMs and DRs have jobs outside of league. THEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER YOUR CALL IMMEDIATELY.

5. Diana Lynn Beard-Boyle I drive a school bus and CANNOT TAKE CALLS while on the bus. Leave a message and I'll return your call ASAP. I do check emails on breaks as well.
   
   The depot is short staffed and I'm currently fielding an extra route. Most days I am not home till about 7pm.
