Captains of teams scheduled to play tonight, it is up to both teams if you want to play tonight.

  1. If one Captain says NO, then reschedule
  2. You have 14 days from today to play the match and submit the scoresheets (digitally IF your division is on ScoreKeeper; paper scoresheets if on paper)
  3. Yes, you can shoot matches on multiple nights if needed (1 match, 2 matches, 1 matches, etc, or all in the same night). You still have 14 days from today. DO NOT SUBMIT SCORESHEETS UNTIL ALL MATCHES HAVE BEEN PLAYED OR FORFEITED.
  4. Both Captains should email the office (1 email should include: both Captains, dboyle@apaleagues.com AND mikeboyle@apaleagues.com)
  5. Supply date of reschedule
  6. Office will confirm with the HL if availability
  7. If teams CANNOT agree on a date, supply the office with 3 dates that work for each Captain's team. The League Office will schedule the match and let teams know the date/location of the makeup match.
