TOURNAMENT DETAILS:
✅ $5,000+ added by APA of South Charlotte with a full field of 32 teams.
✅ $10,000.00Guaranteed payout to top 25% with a full field of 32 teams.
✅ 5 Person teams per match. 8-Ball only. 23 or less combined max handicap per match. Teams may consist of 5-8 players.
✅Team Captain style format - 5 players - Race to 7 - Teams will list players in ascending order (lowest-highest) and each player will play 1 game until 7 wins are reached.
✅ 2025 Summer rosters will be used. No substitutions are allowed.
✅ Modified Single Elimination Format.
✅ All players must have 10 lifetime 8-Ball scores before September 18, 2025.
✅ Team (4 originals) must be active in the current 2025 Fall Session in APA of South Charlotte to play in the Event.
✅ $240/Team entry fee. 💯% payback of all entry fees. No administration fees will be taken.
✅ Summer 2025, Spring 2025, Fall 2024 8B Big Dawg winners will receive free entry.
✅ 3rd/4th 8B World Qualifier teams will receive free entry.
✅ 4 free entries will be randomly drawn from the 3 previous Sessions Division Winners that have signed up for the tournament.
✅ 4 half-price entries will be randomly drawn from the 3 previous Session Division Winners that have signed up for the tournament.
✅ If a full field of 32 teams is not reached, added money will be pro-rated according to the number of entries.
