🌟 Important items to keep in mind:

• The 1st 3 matches on the bracket (match #s 801, 802, 803) will start at 12:00 PM or a little sooner if the teams are ready to go on Saturday and matches will be called in order listed on the bracket thereafter, starting with match # 8001 and finishing with match # 8039
• If your team is last on the bracket for your 1st match played (Match # 8016), you will not play until all the other matches ahead of you have been called. Meaning: you do not need to show up at noon. This is true for all other match numbers except for match #s 8001-8003, as they will start at noon.
• The round times at the top of the bracket are approximations and there is no way to tell how fast or slow each match will go. However, if we stay close to the scheduled round times, we will be able to finish Saturday night (possibly past midnight but close enough) and avoid having to come back the following day on Sunday.
• The tournament is continuous play. Please do not leave unless you get clearance from the tournament director.
• Handicaps are locked at the time of this post. Any player moving up or down after the rosters are posted will play at the SL listed on the attached rosters.
• The "games needed" chart located on the tournament bracket has been slightly modified to accommodate only having 3 tables available to play on. Make sure to check the chart before your match.
• Doors open at 11:00 AM.

The 1st spot currently on the waitlist is already in the tournament so whoever signs up next will be the 1st team in should a team have to cancel.

***IMPORTANT...If you register your team and you cannot attend the event, please provide us the courtesy of a minimum of 24 hours notice so we can attempt to fill the spot. Failure to give adequate notice will result in tournament fees ($30/player) being charged to the members of that team as the payout is predetermined by the number of registered entries.
