Table Sharing Expectations at Busy Locations
At busy locations, table availability is limited, and it is important to remember that multiple leagues use these tables — not just APA. No single group or team has exclusive rights to them unless specifically designated by the venue.
We are all adults, and with that comes the expectation of basic courtesy, cooperation, and common sense. When tables are in high demand, they must be shared respectfully and efficiently so all leagues and players have a fair opportunity to play.
Refusing to share tables, attempting to “claim” them, or creating unnecessary conflict is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the league as a whole. Venue staff should not be put in the position of managing behavior that should be handled maturely by the players themselves.
Moving forward, please be respectful of other leagues, fellow APA teams, communicate clearly, and work together so matches can run smoothly for everyone.
Thank you for your cooperation.
