Here is your almost daily reminder about slow play. If you would please refer to the Official Team Manual on page 8 you will see your shot guidelines. These are NOT by an means suggestions, it means you NEED to follow them!

20 seconds for shots

45 seconds for hard shots, not every shot is hard!!!!

1 minute to put up

1 minute for time outs

Get your quarters, go to the restroom, get your aiming juice and be ready when your match is called.
