Let's talk patches.... I am trying to send out patches roughly every 2-3 weeks. This information is straight out of the bylaws: (Please make sure you read the bottom paragraph!!!)
Patches are available for the following accomplishments:
• 8-on-the-Break
• 8-Break-and-Run
• 9-on-the-Snap
• 9-Break-and-Run
• Rackless: Your opponent didn’t break during your match. You must have won the lag and be listed as the top player for the match.
• Clean Sweep Patch: For both 8-Ball and 9-Ball matches, if a team wins all 5 matches in one night (forfeited matches do not count), each person who played that night will receive a Sweep Patch.
• 20-0 Shutout: You win 20-0 in 9-Ball.
• Mini Slam: 8-on-the-Break & 8-Break and Run or 9 on the snap & 9 Break and Run in the same league night
• Grand Slam: Earning an 8-Ball Mini Slam and a 9-Ball Mini Slam within the same session
• I beat a 6, I beat a 7, are available for skill level 5 and below who achieve this.
• I beat a 7, 8, I beat a 9 (9 Ball Only) are available when a skill level 6 or lower achieves this. 

***One patch per session (per team if they are on multiple teams) will be awarded for each category listed above when the player meets the criteria for earning the patch, as long as they request the patch in writing on the weekly scoresheet.
• If a player would like additional duplicate patches when earned they will need to add $1 to their weekly dues for the patch earned. OR
• The player can forgo the patch but add $1 to their weekly dues to add their name into a Vegas drawing. Their name will be entered into a drawing for a trip to Las Vegas in August to watch the World Pool Championship and play in the Mini Mania events. You can pay $1 for EVERY patch earned, including each rackless patch. There is no limit on the amount of entries one can have during the league year. One name will be drawn for every $500 received. We will do the drawings at the 8 Ball World Pool Qualifier in June. NO REFUNDS will be given once you have entered the drawing. If you are on a team going to Vegas during the World Pool Championships in August, you are not eligible. This is a last chance to get players to Vegas that aren’t getting to compete in any Championship Events.

You MUST write on your scoresheet that you would like to receive your patches. If you mark the box for the 8 / 9 on the break or break & run that is for scorekeeping purposes, not patch requests. While patch accomplishments will be shared on Facebook, the patches will be awarded within 2-3 weeks after they are earned and will be mailed to the Team Captain.  

*** New***** If you earn a patch you can get your patch AND ALSO pay $1 for the Vegas entry. So you could potentially pay $2... 1 for the patch and 1 for the vegas entry. This is new to try and generate more money in the Vegas pot.
