While holding the cue ball to place it after a ball in hand foul, if you touch another object ball with your hand or cue or necklace, it is ball in hand back to your opponent. See page 54 of the rule book.

We are un Vegas Friday 8/8 thru thr evening on 8/13. If you need to change your roster you can do it in the Scorekeeper app. Players must have a membership number which they can get at Poolplayers.com. I will be monitoring my phone occasionally during wake hours.
