It's that time of year! We are locked and loaded for the 2026 edition of the Baton Rouge APA World Qualifiers at L'Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge May 21-25, 2026. We will be awarding four 8-ball and four 9-ball trips to Vegas for the winners and trips to the Big Easy Challenge in New Orleans for the second place finishers.

The opening rounds will start May 22 preceded by a practice day on May 21. But before then we've got some housekeeping to do...

Team certification forms must be filled out by each team and returned to the league office. These forms are located at batonrouge.apaleagues.com under the World Qualifier info tab. Please download, fill out, scan and email this form to dvolz@apaleagues.com. The roster used for this event is your spring session roster. There are no roster changes allowed.

Also there is a $100 per team greens fee for this event. (If you have an 8-ball and a 9-ball team -- that's two teams and two greens fee are required as we budget per team). Greens fee must be sent ONLY via venmo at @Dart-Volz (if not it get's too crazy to track it)

Both the team certification form and the greens fee are due into the league office by May 10, 2026.

More information regarding the event will released in the next few weeks including finalized schedules, eligibility rosters and brackets.
