What's At Stake - Qualifying teams will compete for a share of prize packages worth a combined total value of over $70,000. Included are memory-making trips to Las Vegas for all qualifying members of the winning teams (airfare stipend and hotel) along with World Pool Championship qualifier plaques. Those winning teams will get a coveted spot in the largest amateur pool tournament in the world - the APA World Pool Championships - and a shot at winning a share of over $1.5 million in prizes in Vegas!
Runner up teams in our 8 and 9 ball world qualifier events earn entry into the 2026 Big Easy Challenge in NOLA (held each October)!
We will award four 8-ball trips and four 9-ball trips to the APA World Pool Championships in August.

Team certification forms must be downloaded and filled out and returned to the league office. Teams will not be allowed to participate without a fully completed certification form on file.
Tables
The tables used for this event are custom Valley 3.5 X 7 tournament edition tables. Quarters are not needed for this event as there is a $100 per team greens fee required to participate (This is for each team... for example -- if you have both an 8 and 9 ball team entered that requires two greens fees). Team Structure
The team roster you will use in this event is your roster for the Spring 2026 session. No changes are allowed. Players must have played a minimum of four matches with your team during the spring session and have attained a minimum of 10 lifetime matches in the format to participate.
Format
Brackets used for this event are modified single elimination which means your team is guaranteed to play twice (but not necessarily lose twice) prior to being eliminated. Common player guidelines: Teams participating in the same format with more than two common players must be placed on the same board.
