World Pool Championships Update: 08/14

World Pool Championships Update: 9-ball is still in play today with two teams from the Red Stick still in action. Both Genuine Bull, which made its way back from the one-loss side, and Senior League are both in action now with 9 a.m. (Vegas time matches).

Canal Bank 9 wrapped up in a tie for 129th while Patti's Crew finished tied for 257.

In the Team Captains event, all three teams get underway today with Let the Good Shot's Roll currently underway with a 9 a.m. match. Corner Kids follow at 11 a.m. and Bad English at 3 p.m.

Team Certification forms and Greens fees due date

Tomorrow is the due date for both the World Qualifier certification forms as well as the greens fees for those teams qualified.We are still missing items from several teams....On Monday we will post the "tardy list" and publicly shame all those who are unable to get this simple task complete. We've got roughly 2-1/2 weeks until the Baton Rouge APA World Qualifiers are on! We will release the schedule and brackets tonight at 6 p.m. on Facebook live.
