Vegas Update: After a game effort by our ladies team, Diamond Q's bowed out last night in a tie for 65th place. Beauty and the Beast, our Jack and Jill 8-ball doubles team, came out of the losers bracket to finish in the money tied for 33rd.

In other action, This or That in 8-ball doubles lost their opener last night and will play at 3 p.m. Vegas time. And in Masters action, Last Dragon's lost their opener and are playing an elimination match right now. Our other entry, OG's, plays at 5 p.m. Vegas time.

9-Ball singles gets underway tomorrow with Alyssa Reeves, Chantelle McQuiston, Jonathan Hebert, Larry Labauve and Reece Guerin all set to represent.

Big day in Vegas as Chantelle McQuiston is still kicking advancing with a win late last night to make it to the final four in the 9-ball singles event. She will play today at 9 a.m. Vegas time for a spot in the APA 9-ball Shootout Finals. Join us in wishing her the best of luck. Bring it home!

Vegas Update: the stretchAs we enter the backend of the APA Poolplayer Championships in Las Vegas, the ladies are holding it down in 9-ball singles. Alyssa Reeves and Chantelle McQuiston are the final two competitors for Baton Rouge APA still participating in the APA 9-ball singles event. Alyssa remains on the winners side and is currently tied for 65th. Chantelle is on the one loss side but a win
