Playoff format changes - Summer 2025

Please note... with the start of the Summer 2025 session, the APA is requiring all leagues to utilize a standard playoff format. This change only affects our area with regards to a 5 team division. All other size divisions remain the same.

Standardized Playoff Structure
New Playoff structure effective for Summer 2025 session

Per the APA National Office, "All leagues will adopt a standardized playoff structure. This initiative aims to provide a consistent experience for all players participating across all affiliated APA League areas".

4-5 team division 1st vs. Wildcard Winner advance to Tri-Annual

6-7 team division High point winner Advance to Tri-Annual
2nd vs. Wildcard Winner advance to Tri-Annual

8-11 team division High point winner Advance to Tri-Annual
2nd vs. Wildcard Winner advance to Tri-Annual
3rd vs. 4th Winner advance to Tri-Annual

12-16 team division High point winner Advance to Tri-Annual
2nd place Advance to Tri-Annual
3rd Vs. Wildcard Winner advance to Tri-Annual
4th vs. 5th Winner advance to Tri-Annual

*Byes are not counted as a team

Team Certification forms and Greens fees due date

Tomorrow is the due date for both the World Qualifier certification forms as well as the greens fees for those teams qualified.We are still missing items from several teams....On Monday we will post the "tardy list" and publicly shame all those who are unable to get this simple task complete.
