Fall 2024 Baton Rouge APA MVP Throwdown info, cont'd...

As is normally the case, we had several late additions to the MVP Throwdown entry lists... not a problem as we certainly understand people have lives etc. and things can slip. BUT.

These lists are now CLOSED. WALK UPS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

Why, you ask?

Because it's challenging to set up the tiers and times and constant additions mean constant changes to the number of tables needed for each round. Our preference is to stagger the tier start times so not everyone has to be there at 8 a.m. and sit around waiting for open tables. So, we will not add any more players to the event. The only changes to these lists will be based on skill level movement and/or deletions. If you are listed below and WILL NOT be able to participate, please let us know ASAP.

I am solidifying start times for each tier and should have that released by tomorrow (Tuesday). Once that is complete and I finalize opening skill levels on Thursday, we will create the brackets for the event. In order to expedite start times at the event, we will set the brackets on Thursday and release those Friday morning. (normally we draw them on site but since we are locking down entries, this will speed things up a bit).

Again, entries are closed. Be on the lookout for those tier start times tomorrow!
