Fall Tri Cups preliminary information

The Fall 2024 session Tri Cups are set for Feb. 8-9 at Trickshots Sports Bar. Below you will find a team list for both the 8 ball and the 9 ball formats. Please check to ensure your team is listed if you are a qualified and participating team.

We will draw the brackets on Monday, Jan. 13th and post on our website batonrouge.apaleagues.com as well as post a link to the brackets on our social media outlets.

Rosters for the event will be posted following the bracket draw and will be the same team rosters from the fall session. Changes made to rosters for the current (spring) session are not applicable for this event. All players participating in this event are required to have played at last four matches with your qualified team during the fall session or will be ineligible.

Round times for the event are expected to be:

8-ball - Saturday, Feb. 8

9 a.m./2 p.m./7 p.m.

9-ball - Sunday, Feb. 9

9 a.m./1:30 p.m./5:30 p.m.

Teams advancing through this level of play will then participate in the Baton Rouge APA World Qualifiers, May 23-26, at L'Auberge Hotel and Casino for a chance to win a travel expense trip to Las Vegas to compete in the APA World Pool Championships. Our runner up teams will advance to the Big Easy Challenge in New Orleans with entry and greens fee paid.

Team Certification forms and Greens fees due date

Tomorrow is the due date for both the World Qualifier certification forms as well as the greens fees for those teams qualified.We are still missing items from several teams....On Monday we will post the "tardy list" and publicly shame all those who are unable to get this simple task complete.
