Finalized Tri Cup rosters released

We are mere hours away from the start of the Baton Rouge APA 2024 Spring session tricups at Trickshots Sports Bar.

Doors open Saturday at 8 a.m. with 8-ball first round play set to start promptly at 9 a.m. Rounds will continue at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. to wrap up day one and finalize the 8-ball field for the 2024 World Qualifiers.

9-ball teams kick off play on Sunday with an opening round at 9 a.m. followed by rounds at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Finalized tournament rosters along with brackets for both 8 and 9 ball can be found online at batonrouge.apaleagues.com

This is a single elimination event. Sudden death rules will also be in place. Reminder that all players receive one timeout per rack regardless of skill level.

Teams which advance from this event will head to the Baton Rouge APA World Qualifiers held in May at L'Auberge Hotel and Casino.

We will also have awards for this past sessions, High Points Champions, at the tricup event so please remember to pick those up.

Team Certification forms and Greens fees due date

Tomorrow is the due date for both the World Qualifier certification forms as well as the greens fees for those teams qualified.We are still missing items from several teams....On Monday we will post the "tardy list" and publicly shame all those who are unable to get this simple task complete. We've got roughly 2-1/2 weeks until the Baton Rouge APA World Qualifiers are on! We will release the schedule and brackets tonight at 6 p.m. on Facebook live.
